Plans and limits
Weekly, monthly and yearly plans have the live time and mock interviews shown on the pricing page. The Unlimited plans (weekly and monthly) have no cap on live time or mock interviews, and fair use applies. Weekly, monthly and yearly plans allow at most 3 mock interviews in any 24 hours. Unlimited and the free mock interview are not limited by this.
Who takes the payment
Paddle takes your payment. Paddle is the Merchant of Record: it handles tax and sends the receipt. Prices are on the pricing page.
Resume Maker is free forever with your account and is not part of any plan.
Manage or cancel your plan
Sign in and open the billing page of your account. From there you can manage your subscription and cancel. When you cancel, renewal stops and you keep access to the end of the period you have paid for. Cancelling does not ask for a refund.
A payment failed
Check the card, then open the billing page from the banner in the app. Until a renewal payment succeeds you cannot start a new call on that plan. A call already running finishes.
Receipts and invoices
Your receipt comes from Paddle, by email, and has a link to Paddle for payment, tax and invoice questions.
Charged twice, or charged a wrong amount
Write to hello@prephint.ai from the email address of your account. A duplicate charge or a billing error is always refunded.
For anything else about billing, write to the same address.
