These rules are part of our terms. They say how PrepHint AI may be used.
Use it where AI help is allowed
PrepHint AI is made for practice and for conversations where help from AI is allowed. Check the rules of your employer and of the interviewer before you use it in a real interview. If the answer is no, use it to practise.
Recording and consent
- You are responsible for following the law and the rules of your employer and of the interviewer.
- Where the law or the other side requires telling people, or getting their agreement, before a call is transcribed, doing so is your job.
- Laws differ by country and, in some places, by state. In some places everyone in a conversation must agree. If you are unsure, ask first, or practise instead.
You must not
- Use the service to break the law, or the rules of an exam, test, employer or school.
- Use it to mislead or deceive someone, or to pass off help you are not allowed to have.
- Record or transcribe people who have not been told or have not agreed, where that is required.
- Upload content you have no right to use, or that is unlawful, abusive or harmful.
- Put in other people’s private information that you have no right to use.
- Share your account, or let others use your plan.
- Try to break, overload, probe or get around the service, its limits or its security.
- Copy, resell or take apart the service, or use its output to build a competing product.
- Use automated tools to sign up or to use the service, except as we allow.
What happens if you break these rules
We may stop a call, block your account or end your access, as the terms allow.
